Today’s volunteer patient is Selena from our Pre-Billing team, who has been dealing with some shoulder pain lately.

Jeff is demonstrating a mobility exercise designed to improve overhead reach and help the shoulder move more comfortably through its full range of motion.

A good reminder that aches and pains don’t just happen from workouts. Sometimes they come from long days at a desk, repetitive movements, and everyday life.

Thankfully for Selena, having a physical therapist in the office has its perks. 😌

A reminder that healthcare goes far beyond visits, medications, and charting. Sometimes it looks like shopping carts, care packages, phone calls to family asking them to chip in, and doing whatever you can to help someone feel seen again.
