Serving size is not the same as portion size. Did you know?! 😳🤔
Think about it like this… a SERVING size is an exact amount of food. A PORTION size is the amount of food you have on your plate/how much you actually eat. Check out the video for examples and to learn more.
If the way you’re eating works for you, keep it up! But if you’re not quite sure why you’re not meeting your goals, there’s a good chance you’re eating too much or too little of to get to that healthy weight.
