Certified as an IFA Aerobic Instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise and Zumba Fitness. My training specialities include the following areas: weight loss, balance and stability, injury prevention, muscle toning and definition, endurance, and hypertrophy resistance training. With the mixture of movement, motivation, and mindset you can change your mind, body, and soul. We are a studio with over 15 years of experience in fitness and training. Our clients come in with a specified need and they leave transformed. We offer everything from Zumba, Samba, Barre, Butt Fit, and more.
