Deep Relief Massage Therapy Jessica Weagle, LMT is a 2001 graduate of The Central Mass School of Massage. Her specialty is deep I have helped many clients to become pain free.

At Deep Relief it is my mission to help clients achieve balance. My massages are catered to your needs on that day. I strive to make everyone of my massages different because your body's change daily.

It’s taken a LONG time for me to be able to do an overhead press with added weight. This is 55lbs.

Here’s is my upper body strength routine below ⬇️ I do weekly for 12 weeks. Been slowly adding weight as lifts get easier

On this day 15 short years ago I saw my first clients 😊 my daughter Hannah was going in to kindergarten, she’s now 20 😱

Here are some fun facts. I’ve moved 3x’s bought 2 houses. Driven 4 different cars. Still have the same dog 🐕 🤣 on my 3rd cat 🐈

I’ve run 🏃‍♀️ many 5k’s, 5 1/2 marathons, 2 ultra marathons. I’ve run road, trails and 1 mountain race.

Been nominated 3x’s for Best in Central Mass. Taken 5 different certifications for continuing education.

Made it through Covid 🤗🥰 In June of 2021 I helped my husband open NJ Niemann HVAC, INC
