Hello Everyone!

We are excited to announce that we at Solutions Physical Therapy have completed 2 full years at our second location in Prudenville serving the Prudenville, Houghton Lake and Roscommon areas! We could not have done this without the support of our community both in West Branch and Prudenville and we wholeheartedly thank you all for the love and support! As a way of giving back to the community we are excited to offer a free first visit evaluation consultation to our amazing community! We offer personalized one on one treatments to better care and connect with our Patients. Come get checked out on us, we will take care of any copay/deductible for the first visit.

We can help you with anything ranging from Muscle weakness, Headaches, Neck pain, Back pain, Unsteadiness, range of motion, or more complex problems such as pre and post operation as well as other neuro and cardiological issues! We can do the initial consult with or without a referral and we also accept the majority of insurances so give us a call to get scheduled or stop in at either of our locations to learn more about us. Hello friends,
We are finally Open at our new office in Prudenville starting January 3 rd. We are Open there Monday through Friday and on Saturday with appointments only. Our address there is 1300 W Houghton lake drive, (Corner of 13 th street and main Houghton lake road, on lake side), Prudenville, MI 48651. We are doing an Opening Ribbon cutting on Jan 25 th at 11 am. It would be our pleasure to see you all there!! Our phone number for our Prudenville office is 989-202-2668. As some of you are familiar with, we have been working on getting our New Office ready in Prudenville.. To keep everyone updated, we are almost there.. !! Exciting!! We are hoping to see patients at the new location in the next couple weeks as we get our insurance contracts updated.

Hello everyone it’s been a while since we last posted on here been busy with work and we have a great announcement coming up. We are proud to be opening our second branch in Prudenville and are working on remodeling everything right now. The address for our new branch will be 1300 W Houghton Lake Dr and we plan to be ready to open in June/July, Stay tuned for more updates. We are super excited to share our dream and passion with all of our friends and our communities. Once again thank you for your support and business.🙏🙏🎉

Hello again everyone!
Hoping that we are in the downside of the curve or declining active cases for COVID19.. I am glad to see all of us doing great job as a community in keeping our active cases down in our community!! Kodoos!!
I just want to assure everyone about the safety measures we are currently taking and will continue to take as our community reopens again. Measures include doing extra cleaning, handwashing, staff wearing masks, phone screening patients to avoid treating patients that have recently travelled outside the State, decreasing people in the waiting area and gym area while maintaining social distancing and so forth. We are following all the recommended safety and precautionary measures as directed by CDC in order to promote the health of staff and our patients. For those returning patients, I can just send an updated Plan of Care to the Physicians and resume their therapy back. I do not need a new script for the returning patients. New patients can also be seen without a script for 21 calender days or 10 PT visits without a script. However, I always encourage communication with your Physician. Feel free to Call us to schedule your appointment at your convenience at 989-345-0867.

Dear friends and valued customers,
With this recent Health emergency due to Covid19, we are OPEN minimally to provide essential care to the ones most need it. We are operating low key at the office until April 12 or until the lock down is over. We are taking all precautionary measures recommended by CDC to ensure safety and health to our staff and patients. Meanwhile, I am so happy to inform that we are approved my many insurances to provide E-visits during this period. What this means is that we can do a phone call consultation to our current patients to answer any of your questions or concerns about your current therapy problem in order to ensure and monitor your progress. Please, call our office at 989-345-0867 to schedule an E-visit with us. We will be able to bill your insurance for these services. I wish all of you stay healthy and free from this Covid19.
