🏒🎉 Today at Crestview Specialty Care, we introduced Noodle Hockey, and it was a hit!

Using pool noodles and lots of teamwork, everyone got in on the action. There were big smiles, friendly competition, and plenty of cheering! 💙👏

Our residents got creative with a fun glue, salt, and watercolor art project inspired by Valentine’s Day. Watching the colors spread and blend over the salted designs was pure magic — and the results were absolutely beautiful!

🌟 Crestview Resident Spotlight 🌟

Meet Heather 💙 She’s been part of Crestview for three years and loves staying active, joining in on activities, and making meaningful friendships.

Heather has a wonderful family; a husband, three kids, six grandkids, and six great-grandkids! She grew up in California and later moved to Iowa, where her career took her from hairdresser to Director of Nursing, and even teaching Certified Nurse Aide courses.

These days, you’ll often find her crafting or making gnomes, something she truly enjoys. Her advice to younger generations? “Be true to yourself.” 💙
