I’m really sorry that you have been told that getting your health back has to look a certain way—one that doesn't honor who you are or how you want to live.
→ "If you're not willing to do a strict elimination diet, you're not serious about healing"�(What it creates: Guilt every time you eat something "off-plan")
→ "Your symptoms are your fault because you lack discipline"�(What it creates: Shame that makes healing even harder)
This isn't how it should be.
Your path to health should feel like it aligns with your values, your life, and your body's unique needs—not like you're forcing yourself into someone else's protocol.
