WOW-oh-WOW this summer has flown by! Yesterday, I was able to escape to my happy place, if only for a few hours, and it was a perfect beautiful day spent with a dear friend.

So many things have happened this summer.... I am now a Mrs❤️ for starters!! Also, we are gearing up to move to yet another part of Bridport.... with that, I am reminded yet again that MY vision of what my future plan is/was isn't always what God has in store...

This little community of Bridporters (and those in surrounding towns) have such big ❤️s--we are thankful for our support system beyond words!

This twist in combination with all things economically brings with it the reality that I will need to increase my rates as of 10/1/25.

Hey all! Kara, the student using my space to complete her clinic hours, has a last minute cancelation for TOMORROW morning, Saturday, March 29, at 10:30. $50/hour or $60/90 minutes.... anyone interested? She gives an amazing massage and can do deep tissue massage now as well.

Hello to my wonderful people! I do not often post personal stuff, but feel inclined to share a new development. Please take a moment to read.

Yesterday, I woke to early signs of Bells Palsy. I will be fine, many people are struggling with so much worse in their lives, and some of you have been open about yours to me in the setting of our session.

Yes, I am on a 7 day regimen of a couple meds, Dr (who was AMAZING) at Middlebury Urgent Care said I caught it very early.

Yes, he did a thorough exam to rule out a stroke. If you have more questions about any of this, message me privately please.

So, if I see you for an appointment or out and about, my smile just looks a bit goofy for now. Feel free to comment, give me a hug, or say nothing. All options are welcome.

Life is ever-changing, isn't it? I have always said that I wonder if God allows me to experience ailments (muscular, emotional, etc) so that I can truly understand when a client/friend/family member, or heck even a stranger, has said ailment.

Do any of my regulars remember what I said I wanted to do this summer season???? Well, water shoes really help. Get your water shoes (or not) and watch for Pop Up Water Aerobic Sessions--early evening, small class size--music and fun time all while getting some exercise in.

WEATHER PERMITTING, hence, the "pop up" part😂

Hey all!! I am excited to introduce another amazing massage student, Kara McQuinn! She is starting her student clinic hours and has openings as early as THIS Saturday afternoon🥳

As always, the student clinic massages are at a discounted rate: $50/60 minutes and $60/90 minutes and are Swedish Techniques until she reaches 50 hours completed, then she can incorporate deep tissue techniques.
