To be limitless… ✨

We must be willing to be in a state of almost constant transformation, transmutation & alchemy 🔥

This is something that consistently comes up for me as I set the intention to grow into the most impeccable version of myself…

To embody my highest self 💫

And to be honest, as someone who grew up with a handful of adversities, and having to learn how to nurture myself after the hardships within my upbringing

I gotta be honest with you… 🫶🏼

The Plants have helped me on my path tremendously, healing with greater ease, expanding my awareness, and seeing what is possible. ♥️

Don’t get me wrong, you can muscle your way through growth…

You can put in the energy to grow by 1% everyday through aligned action

AND for those of us who have endured trauma and hardship in your upbringings…

The deep nurturance of plants can be so profound. 🥹🍄🫶🏼

Touching the core of our needs, aiding in easing the tightness, the tension, and unraveling old beliefs with tenderness and care

Most people don’t have an energy problem.
