We are committed to nourishing people while nourishing the planet. We feed our soil with compost crafted on-site using organic waste collected from local schools and businesses in the Northeast Kingdom. In this way, we “close the loop” on our family farm: healthy food is produced locally, distributed equitably in our communities, and sustains a healthy environment conducive to local food production. Spinning Witch Farm is proud to offer a line of organically produced and wild-crafted products to comfort and nourish the body, mind and spirit. We use the highest quality ingredients for all of our products. The herbs we use are grown from seed or selected sustainably from the wild, and all are harvested in a sacred manner. Nicole LaPointe, MSW is the proprietor of Spinning Witch Farm and Wise Worm Compost. Since 2000, she has worked in the field of public health and social justice as a community organizer and in executive leadership. Nicole has over 25 years of experience working in the magical and healing arts; she is trained in clinical counseling and as a Reiki Master and as a clinical hypnotherapist. In the last three years, Nicole has worked intensively with the medicinal and ceremonial plants grown on her family’s farm. “I regard the plants with which I work as beings with gifts, rather than as objects with properties,” she says. “I learn from them continuously.” It is in this spirit that Nicole produces the products that she and her family uses, and those that she shares with you.
