Two years of daily meditation has been the greatest practice that has made the most improvements in my life ♥️

Meditation has been found by the most number of people, most of the time, to be the most beneficial, constructive, potent, and efficacious tool for bringing the Soul into the Mind. Whatever you do, find some way to create the space for your Mind and your Soul to merge, sharing in the wonder of all that you are. The Mind was not designed to function alone.

The purpose of meditation is to create focus. It is about focusing your attention on your experience. The reason for focus: it allows you to be here now. Your only reality is This Moment, right here, right now. Peace is found in such awareness.

Remember that God is Love, God has and is everything and therefore cannot need anything from us. Since we are God, we are the same. So that means that all of Life is a choice, a playground in which we can be and experience whatever we want without expectation, without fear, and with a knowing that we are always enough!
