Trust your gut!! Those initial feelings of not really vibing with someone is your energy not matching up with their energy.

Sometimes it can mean that person is shady but it doesn’t necessarily have to mean anything negative about them either.

Your third eye chakra can be open and activated and is trying to tell you something…don’t force a connection!

It’s totally ok to just not vibe with someone just based off of your feelings and your intuition.

How can we optimize our uterine health for conception?

PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR THE UTERUS!

1. Improved blood flow and circulation- important for healthy uterine lining.

2. Optimized uterine position- mal position can occur with previous surgery, birth, or endometriosis, which may interfere with implantation or make conception less likely.
