Hi everyone! Ready to get your power on? Or work on joint mobility with some yin? Here are my offerings starting in March

Fitmix in frazer- location is right next to QVC in the Lincoln Court shopping center.

Monday 6pm power hour
Friday 9am Power hour
Saturday 4pm Yin Yoga
Sunday 8am Power hour

Through the Chester County Library on zoom
Tuesday at 7:30pm Yin Yoga

Hi everyone!
Update…unfortunately Yoga6in exton,awesome studio beautiful management and owner, was not the best fit for me so you will not finding me on the schedule there.
However I will be teaching at FitMix in frazer, in the DMV shopping center right next to QVC. I will be teaching Power Flow, Yin and Stretch class there on Fridays Saturdays Sundays and Mondays. Stay tuned for updates, schedule and events.

Hi everyone! Happy New Year!
I have exciting news! After taking time away from a studio setting to build my Yoga Therapy Business, which I will continue to offer, I have decided to get back into a studio.
I am teaching a restore yoga class at Yoga 6 in Exton on Thursday nights at 7pm. This class is not a passive class, it has components of heat and deep stretches. Helping you to ground down, open your heart, and release all the things that are not serving you! Hope to be able to have more offerings at this studio and with 2 Crows in 2025.
