In Ashtanga Yoga, practice unfolds through the 8 limbs:
✨ Yama – ethical restraints
✨ Niyama – personal observances
✨ Asana – physical postures
✨ Pranayama – breath control
✨ Pratyahara – withdrawal of senses
✨ Dharana – concentration
✨ Dhyana – meditation
