Adaptive Ashtanga preserves the structure and discipline of the traditional method while making it accessible to every body. We thoughtfully adjust pacing, modify postures, and use support to respect individual anatomy and capacity.

Experiential Ashtanga shifts the focus from doing or executing poses to sensing them. Through breath, attention, and mindful repetition, we cultivate interoceptive and proprioceptive awarenessโ€”training the nervous system to adjust, regulate, and respond under challenge.

In this class, props are not a shortcut. They are intelligent tools. We use bricks, blankets, straps, chairs, and the wall to build strength, mobility, and resilience safely and progressively.

This is not about achieving the pose.
Itโ€™s about cultivating adaptive capacityโ€”on the mat and in everyday life.

Online Yoga Classes

Some people think online yoga isnโ€™t the same. And yesโ€ฆ itโ€™s different.

But different doesnโ€™t mean less useful or less beneficial.
Online yoga gives you consistency. It meets you where you are. It removes the stress of commuting, rushing, or skipping practice when life gets busy.

You still breathe.
You still move.
You still build awareness, strength, and resilience.

Online yoga isnโ€™t a replacement.
Itโ€™s a doorway to a practice that fits modern life.
It couldnโ€™t be more relevant than today โ€” with a big snowstorm in West Chester, PA. Stay warm, and drive safely if you have to. โ„๏ธ

How do you spot a yogi in the weight room? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

I do this most of the time I go to the gym in my building. Today I suddenly realized it might look a little awkward from the outside ๐Ÿ˜…

Iโ€™ve seen way more interesting things than this. So I know Iโ€™m not the only one.

Movement is personal.
And once yoga lives in your bodyโ€ฆ it shows up everywhere.

Please tell me I am not the only one who turns the gym into a playground! ๐Ÿ™
