Meg Delp is a practicing licensed marriage and family therapist, seeing adult clients who are struggling in their relationships at work and home, and ultimately with themselves. She specializes in helping her clients understand how to create flourishing relationships while taking up the space that is rightfully theirs. Empowering her clients to build their self-esteem, set boundaries, feel confide

nt to contribute at work, and ultimately become their best selves. The path to taking up space is long and winding, but while it can be uncomfortable at times, it can also be fun and exciting. Meg specializes in trauma and helping her clients understand how most humans experience some form of trauma and that is impacting how they engage with the world. Whether it was a scary event that created risk aversion or messages about perfectionism from parents that evolved into intense anxiety at work, everyone can heal from these traumas and become an empowered person. Currently Meg lives in Austin, TX, surviving the heat day by day. She has her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Human and Organizational Psychology. Meg is a life-long learner, believing that she can learn as much from her clients as she teaches them. She's excited to reach more people through organizations to build healthier relationships, with a trauma-informed lens. Her practice can see clients who live in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Texas, and Maine.
