Lifelong Massage is THRILLED to officially welcome Ash Harris to the table!

When I had dreams of expanding and growing the practice, I knew that I wanted a therapist with excellent skills as a massage therapist and also a person that I would enjoy working with to cultivate a new legacy for massage therapy. I found all of that and so much more with Ash! Ash is one of my current students that expressed an interest in working with me after graduation and as we discussed goals, our future ideas and aspirations, and we became friends it made sense for us to form a partnership.

While she is a new massage therapist, Ash brings years of veterinary rehabilitation and the experience of being a canine/equine massage therapist with her into Lifelong Massage. We have a very similar style in the way that we work, yet different enough in our skill sets to complement each other and create even more diversity in the practice.

I am so excited to have another practitioner to partner with that holds the same values, passionate beliefs and enthusiasm of massage therapy, and healing touch.

I can’t wait for y’all to meet her! Ash will be in the office shadowing and observing over the next few weeks (I’ll reach out to each client individually to get consent!!) before her schedule opens mid-August (🤞).

Lifelong Massage has lots of new and exciting ventures on the horizon! As always, thank you for entrusting your body and health with our hands.

Hello everyone!!

If you’re looking for a great way to spend a Saturday while also learning about wellness, exploring new activities, creating community, AND stopping by to say HI! 👋 at the Lifelong Massage table… The Main Line Health Spring Fling is the place for you to be!

Stop by between 10am - 2pm on Saturday, April 26th at Main Line Health Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital! I’ll be there with some goodie bags, an opportunity for 10 minutes on the table for stretching or sports massage, and a raffle basket!

If you’ve always wanted your family or friends to have a chance to see what I do, meet me, or ask questions this is the perfect chance! Other wellness vendors will be at the event along with food trucks, lawn games, Touch A Truck for the kiddos, and live music.

Today is the day!!

Walking into this space almost three years ago (😮) I instantly fell in love with the charm of the building and the blank canvas that I was presented in curating my perfect work environment. I poured myself into creating a place of comfort and healing.

Because Lifelong Massage has become so “high traffic”, it’s time for the flooring to match!!

I’ll see y’all tomorrow with a brand new floor!

Working with this little guy is always a highlight of my day!
Torticollis, post tongue tie revisions, and low muscle tone are just a few reasons why I see babies and toddlers.
Massage truly is meant for all of us for the entirety of our lives…. Part of why I named my practice LIFELONG MASSAGE!

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is the newest offering at Lifelong Massage! Ally completed her training in early December and is ready to start practicing this new skill and modality.

CFT is a blend of both craniosacral therapy AND myofascial release therapy that allows the body to gently release fascial strain to restore movement and function. Common conditions that can benefit from CFT include:
headaches, chronic pain, autoimmune diseases (lupus and fibromyalgia), post surgery, TMJ dysfunction, frozen shoulder, neuropathy, and thoracic outlet syndrome just to name a few! And in staying with the mission of Lifelong Massage that therapeutic massage can and should be for every one of any age, CFT Foundation allows Ally to work with anyone from the age of crawling to 100!!
