The mission of Growth Minded, LLC, is to provide quality services that promote optimal growth in individuals, families, couples, communities, and organizations. Growth Minded, LLC, is an organization that offers therapy, consultation, assessments, and affiliate services in an effort to provide multiple options for growth in order to reach maximum potential. The company embodies a strength-based approach and highlights the unique purpose and design of an organization or individual before assessing the presenting problem. Evidenced-based therapeutic modalities and assessments are used as tools to leverage circumstances towards awareness and change. Health and wellness are achieved by taking the time to understand, putting the right supports in place, working towards a goal, and believing that it is possible despite the challenge.

We’re excited to highlight Nicole O’Leary, MSW, LSW, and her continued growth in supporting the perinatal community. Nicole has completed her PMH-C training through Postpartum Support International and has applied to sit for the certification exam.

Her passion for this work stems from her own postpartum experience, shaping the empathy and care she brings to clients navigating pregnancy and early parenthood. The PMH-C training supports collaborative, informed care across disciplines during this critical time.

Nicole is currently accepting new perinatal clients, offering in-person sessions in West Chester and virtual appointments throughout Pennsylvania.

Our trauma-focused Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults needing more support than weekly therapy. Using EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, and TF-CBT, we focus on building emotional safety, real-life skills, and lasting change.
