Resourced: Meet Our New IOP!
A new group is open now with our Clinical Director, Christine Dehmey, LPC! Christine has been a Clinical Director in higher level of care programs for over 10 years. She has specialty training in Schema, EMDR, and a vast knowledge of other effective therapeutic modalities.
Together, with Cara Dixon, LPC, NCC, EMDR Consultant and Certified EMDR Therapist, the team has developed a highly specialized IOP curriculum.
Growth Minded's Resourced IOP is developed in modules to invite a more structured and intentional approach to care, while the groups remain small so treatment can be customized to each client. This helps to not just manage symptoms, but instead offer effective trauma focused treatment so clients experience healing and a restored sense of hope, sense of self, and a path forward.
After attending this group, participants will understand impacts and presentations of trauma, while learning about their modes and schemas. Individuals will engage in daily practices to cognitively restructure core beliefs, while gaining a deeper understanding of different emotional parts. There will be opportunities for experiential engagement through mode dialogue, in conjunction with DBT and CBT skills used as meaningful tools to expand their window of tolerance.
Group members will have a corrective emotional experience to help heal core wounds, and the opportunity to be connected to an individual trauma therapist, if needed, for further trauma reprocessing work.
Growth Minded's IOP is now in network with Optum, Quest, IBX, and Allied Trade in an effort to increase access to quality support!
