Mr Phelps, unlike most human therapists, uses his sense of touch to evaluate all interactions he has with my clients. Human therapists are discouraged from touching our clients in order to avoid sending the wrong message to a client or making a client feel violated.

Human therapists are discouraged from touching their clients, as well as being touched by clients to avoid sending an incorrect message or making the client feel violated.
