I did an amazing midface lift today with PDO threads. I love how her cheekbone pops now!! These results will last well over 2 years and took about an hour in the office. Minimal downtime 😆 and she looks great 🩷

To my lovely patients,
I will be out of the office for the next 2 weeks. Sherry will be answering the phone during regular business hours and I will be answering messages throughout the day. I will also have my cell phone and computer with me on the trip, so I am available for emergencies.

Doing a lot of PRP joint injections in the last week! Relieving pain, keeping patients active!
I love my job 😄
Platelet Rich Plasma is harvested from the patient's own blood and then used to inject into joints. Research has shown that PRP provides comparable pain relief compared to traditional joint injections, but can last over twice as long!

Botox is a household name these days. It is most often associated with anti-aging and treating wrinkles, but has many other medical uses.
I am trained to do Botox for migraines, wrinkle treatment, TMJ, and excessive sweating.
I want my family practice patients to know these services are available to them, but anyone can come in for these treatments - you don't have to be a family practice patient!
I know some of my patients also get botox treatments for overactive bladder and painful muscle contractions. So, don't be so quick to assume it's just for wrinkles :)

Dr. Melody Hartzler is a clinical pharmacist, and diabetic specialist. She is in the office on Tuesdays seeing patients. She also sees patients for functional medicine. She is a great resource and I'm proud to be able to offer her services in our clinic.
I worked with Dr. Hartzler at my last practice and have known her for 5 years.
She is able to manage Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, along with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors. Some patients have already switched their unsulin pump management to Dr. Hartzler because they have trouble getting in to see their Endocrinologist. If you see this guy at the office, say hi. A lot of you have met him already. This is my husband, Brian Ridge. Nearly 20 years of RN experience, mostly spent in the ICU and as a flight nurse. He is helping me operate the business, but also occasionally takes vitals or does a blood draw 😀

In the spirit of getting to know each other better, I thought I would let my patients know that Halloween 🎃 👻 is my FAVORITE holiday. Do not be surprised to see the office decorated for major holidays! I've already started decorating my house (the inside, not the outside, so my neighbors don't think I'm psycho).
