Aventura at Pembrooke, now owned by Aventura Health Group, is a historic local skilled nursing facility that has been a community staple on West Chester Pike in West Chester, PA for decades.

Centrally located in beautiful Chester County and a mile from Delaware County, it is under 2 miles from Chester County Hospital and under 20 minutes from both Paoli Memorial Hospital, Brandywine Hospital and Riddle Memorial Hospital. Aventura at Pembrooke’s new leadership, nursing and rehabilitation team is dedicated to providing the best health and wellness that medicine can provide. Our exceptional staff offers quality skilled nursing care celebrating life through health, care and warmth as we help individuals achieve their highest possible level of independence and transition home successfully.
