What emotion are you feeling right now? Could you name it?

Naming your emotion can increase empathy, help with decision-making, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation.

There are four basic emotions you could be feeling -- fear, anger, sadness, and joy -- but so many beyond that as well. Try labelling which of the four you're feeling, and then getting more specific if you can.

The Wheel of Emotions is a great tool if you're having a hard time finding the right word.

Take a moment today to mindfully consider your emotions, and feel free to comment your experience!

Happy National Dog Day! Our staff already do amazing work, but things really level up when their snack-stealing, nap-taking, tail-wagging “assistants” clock in.

They may not answer phones or write reports, but they do provide excellent wag-powered motivation, and the occasional reminder that belly rubs are just as important as deadlines. We hope you have a Paw-tastic day!
