If youโ€™re looking for a class to truly unwind, this slow nighttime yoga session is exactly what you need. Itโ€™s not about breaking a sweat โ€” itโ€™s about melting into your breath, releasing tension, and letting your body soften after a long day. The pace was beautifully gentle, with just enough movement to feel embodied, but not so much that it pulled me out of that peaceful, dreamy state.
