My client came in wanting clarity around his relationship with his dad and the future of his family business, plus a few minor physical things.
He first revisited a childhood memory, then moved into a past life as a woman living alone in the woods. She was completely isolated, spending her days talking to the trees, living off the land. One day, some kids destroyed her home, and she was forced to move on. Eventually, she ended up hiding in a cave, terrified of being caught by fur trappers who were tracking her. She never left the cave and, in that fear, she died there.
Our sweet, beautiful subconscious explained that everything holding my client back today, his fears, hesitation, anxiety, all traces back to that life. The lesson was: if she had faced the fear and left the cave, she could have escaped. Facing fear is the key to releasing it. The subconscious explained that she would have been caught by the fur trappers but there would have been an opportunity to escape to where she would have lived out the rest of her days in peace. But fear kept her from trying.
We also uncovered the source of his tension with his dad, which was karma. In a past life, my client was the father, and he had been severely physically abusive and violent to his son. (who is now the father). Understanding this gave him insight, compassion, and a clear path to handle the relationship differently now.
This is why I love what I do. People come in with struggles, patterns, and questions, and through hypnosis, they leave with understanding, clarity, and the first real steps toward change.
