Everyday when you wake up do you say thank you?

Every day that your brain is able to effectively communicate with your body, do you feel grateful?

I've talked before about the concept that where someone is with their health in the present moment is due to their actions from a good 10-20 years prior.

It's so much easier than we make it.

In honor of DNA Day 4 days , Dr Jeff & I wanted to share that we had our dna tested a few months ago, because we wanted to know more so we took a deeper dive into how our body works, what it's currently lacking, and how we need to exercise specific to us, individually (amongst just a few things)

I found out that I had MTHFR gene mutation C677T and Dr Jeff found that he had the MTFHR gene with a different variant.....with that our methylation and detox capacity drops by up to 80%. This affects folate processing, homocysteine levels, and glutathione production.

Folate supports brain & nerve health, pregnancy, and helps lower risks of heart disease, stroke, dementia, and osteoporosis.

Support tips:
Eat folate-rich foods: dark leafy greens, lentils, beans, asparagus, avocados, citrus, sunflower seeds, beef liver, egg yolks.

Limit: gluten, conventional dairy, sugars, processed foods, soy, additives.

Common symptoms: anxiety, depression, insomnia, migraines, IBS, allergies, muscle pain.

Knowing this as well as all the information we recieved in this report, allows us to make the right decisions and take the right actions for ourselves.

Now we can continue to build our health specific to us.
