As another year is nearing its end, we encourage you to really sit on this question.
We believe that looking at the WHY behind building your health is not only important but that it is your responsibility to guard, protect and value it.
Again, we believe that's why we are all here....we are here so that we can serve others.
So that we can be kind, loving humans who have real, authentic, focused engagements with other humans and that every moment we are given is a true gift and shouldnt be wasted.
Dr Jeff says it all the time...
Your greatest asset by far is your health.
You living in a state of health, which is not merely the absence of disease, can allow you to do all those things that bring you joy. When you are in a state of joy you automatically emit that joy to those around you.
The catch is we cant be in service to others or in real engaged relationships if we are suffering NEEDLESSLY from pain and ailments.
This existence we were given wasn't meant to be solitary. It was meant to be shared with others.
Thereby honoring your health with the highest esteem should be our focus, yet often times it's not.
In our society its more than ever about symptoms, quick fix, surgeries (just watch the countless pharma commercials on tv)...." ask your doctor if skyrizy is right for you?"πππ
Once on the hamster wheel of doctors, non life saving prescriptions with COUNTLESS SIDE EFFECTS) it is very challenging to jump off it.
Maybe 2026 will show a shift in mindfulness as it relates to our health?
One can only hope.
