Chamberlain Chiropractic opened its doors in the Spring of 1992 and has been helping people with their Health and Wellness goals ever since, ridding the community of subluxation. Dr. Chamberlain graduated from West Chester University in 1988 and went on to attend the prestigious Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport Iowa. After 4 years of graduate study he came back to West Chester and opened Chamberlain Chiropractic. Chamberlain Chiropractic helps people with a wide array of pain, disease and illnesses. Dr. Chamberlain also lectures all over Chester County and is a Coach to other Chiropractors all over the United States and Canada. Dr. Chamberlain lives in Chester Springs, Pa and is married to his wife Jill for 28 years and has two wonderfully active and healthy children, Grace and Cooper. Is there truly a recipe for HEALTH?

True health, is defined as: physical, emotional & spiritual well being...not merely the absence disease.

A way to look at achieving a state of health is similiar to following a SIMPLE RECIPE.

And just like a recipe, after you've aquired the ingredients, you follow the INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Get Adjusted regularly:

In order to REMOVE the INTERFERENCE in Your Master System....Your Nervous System...the place from which all health and healing flows.

2. Eat Healthy Foods:

Food from the earth, (eliminating processed foods, genetically modified foods, sugar, caffeine and alcohol)

3. Exercise Regularly:

Move your body in some way daily, as movement is the key to vibrant longevity.

4. Create Healthy Social Circles:

Surround yourself/spend time with those that support what you're working towards...think positive, uplifting people.

Do you want to hear the BIGGEST LIE we've been told about our health?

Well here it is:

That it comes from anywhere other than within ourselves.

No doctor, no medicine , no surgery can force a body to heal....

The ONLY WAY⏬️

Is to remove the interference.

And the only way that can be done⏬️

Is through a chiropractic adjustment

🛑Stop listening to the lies.

One's daily routine (specifically a morning routine) is the cornerstone of your day. It sets up everything that comes after it.

A disciplined approach to implementing a strong, purposeful morning routine is that NOTHING else occurs until those actions are met.

An example could be:

first thing you do after waking is drinking 8 oz of water.

So that means....you dont scroll on your phone, you
dont hop on your computer or turn on your tv until you drink water therby energizing your cells and starting your day hydrated.

It allows you to get started on the right 🦶 and begin your day in a place of calm perspective (or ends your day in peace and relaxation) while honoring the health producing actions that you create in order to build your health. Anything that does the opposite is essentially building disease.

Our prayer for those we work with as a partner in health, is that they value their health first and foremost.

That it becomes a valued principle.

That all actions support that whether it be your emotional health with a devotional or journalling

Or

Your physical health with whole food supplementation and movement of your body.

Making you a priority is vital to your energy throughout the coming day.

Share a daily habit that sets you up for success.

Chiropractic isn't a treatment.

Chiropractic is a lifestyle.

Chiropractic allows your body to function at 100%, which allows your body to innately heal itself.

Your body was designed to heal.

Removing the interference (that blocks the communication in your body) allows you to vibrate at a higher level

It allows you to serve others

It allows you to live an energetic, vibrant life

It allows you to share what you know with others so that more people can feel like you do.

Do you really understand the way your Immune System is set up to work?

Your immune system is made up of a network of cells, tissues and organs that work together to protect the body against infection and maintain overall health.

The human body is an optimal environment for pathogens such as bacteria viruses fungi and parasites to thrive. The Immune System works to limit these microbes access to the body and prevent them from growing and causing illness.

A good way to think about your Immune System is that it is like the military.

There are different branches that serve a unique function in protecting your body. The 1st line of defense is the white blood cells which are the 1st to recognize pathogens and fight off infection.

Lymphocytes are a specific type of white blood cells that work to allow the body to remember the invading microbes to fight them faster in future infections.

As many of you know a foundational part of protecting and strengthening my Immune System is by being free of interference in my Nervous System which is the Master System of the body and controls all messages sent from the brain to every cell, tissue and organ throughout your body.

If I have 100% communication (because I do not have interference) then I have a great chance of maintaining a 100% function, communication and optimal healing.

Secondarily to being interference free, the things that we use every day either enhance our Immune System were detract from our Immune System.

A great place to begin is a strong morning routine. Prioritizing how you start your day is a vital foundation in building one's health.

It does however, require a disciplined routine of health producing actions so that your day starts by giving your intention and support to your Immune System, rather than your cup of coffee or scrolling your phone.......

We made the decision at the end of last week to pre-emptively cancel for Monday, January 26 due to the impending storm.

Today, as so many people still have yet to be plowed out of their neighborhoods and unsure of the current road conditions.

We will be in tomorrow Tuesday January 27th for a full day and work on rescheduling , anyone who did not get rescheduled last week, prior to the storm.

With the winter storm soon approaching it's important that you know how to safely take care of all the snow!

❄️ Snow Shoveling = Back Injury Season… unless you shovel smart! ❄️

Before you lift that shovel, protect your spine:

🔹 Engage your core:
Pull your belly button gently in toward your spine and keep it there while you shovel.

👉 This shifts the work to your core muscles instead of straining your back.

🔹 Keep your back straight:
No bending or rounding. Maintain a neutral spine.

🔹 Hip hinge + bend your knees:
Move from your hips and legs — not your low back.

Your spine works hard for you all year — give it the support it deserves during snow season! 🧠🦴

Sharing my thoughts on our Leader, who coincidentally is my husband and best friend.

Anyone who's blessed enough to know him and be in any part of his circle and be a recipient of the light he shines, knows the written words below are so very accurate.

Happy 60th birthday to our fearless leader, our superman and the guy who radiates God's love in every cell of his being and shares it with all.

Every year it gets easier to find more and more superlatives to describe Dr Jeffrey.

And today being his 60th birthday, im going to share some more. We've been celebrating this guy for the last 4 days and rightfully so 🥰

I've said it a million times before and I'll be saying it until i take my last breath...this guy is special.

Man of God, so faithful, so honest.

Kindness radiates from him like sunbeams.

Always doing what's in the greater good.

A guy you'd want to go to battle with.

A father who is patient, listens and always lead with a socratic question.

A husband who is tender and who always holds my hand.

A friend who is loyal.

A man who is unshakable even in the midst of massive challenges.

A doctor who educates and inspires.

A constant researcher always searching for truth.

A lion, never a sheep.

And for some reason, I'm the gal who gets to spend my life with him...how immensely blessed am I?

The measure of a man isnt defined during the easy times, his character is shown during the times in the valleys. This man surpasses all understanding of how one perseveres when things are hard. What an example!
