Is there truly a recipe for HEALTH?
True health, is defined as: physical, emotional & spiritual well being...not merely the absence disease.
A way to look at achieving a state of health is similiar to following a SIMPLE RECIPE.
And just like a recipe, after you've aquired the ingredients, you follow the INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Get Adjusted regularly:
In order to REMOVE the INTERFERENCE in Your Master System....Your Nervous System...the place from which all health and healing flows.
2. Eat Healthy Foods:
Food from the earth, (eliminating processed foods, genetically modified foods, sugar, caffeine and alcohol)
3. Exercise Regularly:
Move your body in some way daily, as movement is the key to vibrant longevity.
4. Create Healthy Social Circles:
Surround yourself/spend time with those that support what you're working towards...think positive, uplifting people.
If you follow this SIMPLE RECIPE, you can stay healthy long term
