Our WORDS impact our WORLDS and when it comes to communicating well, we each have an incredible opportunity to own our impact.

I had the privilege of speaking to the Unionville High School student body and administration last Thursday kicking off their “RRR” Wellness Day. Followed by an interactive workshop to drive home the learning and practice around what it means to reset, recharge and renew.

Thank you to the high school administration especially along with her team for organizing such an important day for the students and inviting me to come along for the ride.

We had a blast building confidence and overcoming obstacles. We grew our GRIT muscle by testing our mental strength as well as physical strength through a series of movement activities and athletics. We learned the importance of community and the growing support of what it’s like to be a part of a team. Our Grace grew on gratitude and kindness through mindfulness activities and breathwork.

Our mission is to empower and inspire girls to become their best version of themselves through, athletics, mindfulness and leadership training. Grateful to have worked with incredible students and supporting schools in the area 🧠🤍💪🏼

There are no extra pieces in the universe.
Everyone is here because they have a place to fill and every piece must fill the big jigsaw puzzle.

GIRLS with GRIT - developing an unshakable belief in yourself 🧠🤍💪🏼

Our  mission is to empower and inspire girls to become their best version of themselves through movement, mindfulness and leadership training. We strongly believe our youth will benefit and be more resilient the earlier we lay the foundation for building confidence, mental strength and feeling of being on a team.
