One of the hardest parts of motherhood is trying to figure out what exactly you’re feeling.

Is it anxiety?

Exhaustion?

Grief?

Stress?

Loneliness?

Sometimes the answer isn’t one thing.

Sometimes it’s a layering of experiences that makes everything feel heavier.
