Hello Beautiful Souls,
Wishing you all a beautiful, blessed Samhain and Día de los Mu***os. This sacred turning of the wheel invites us to pause, honor, and listen. The veil is thin, and the air hums with the whispers of our ancestors — reminding us of the deep roots we come from and the wisdom that still flows through us today.
As we step into November, may we open our hearts to gratitude for all the lineages of healing, resilience, and magick that have shaped us. This time of year holds powerful medicine — it is the space between endings and beginnings, when one chapter closes and another begins.
It’s also a gentle invitation to remember our shared humanity. No matter how different we may seem, we are all walking this Earth walk — each of us learning, unlearning, growing, and finding our way. In this spirit, let’s ask ourselves: what simple acts of kindness can we offer this season?
In collaboration with Anita from Unity Skin Studio (https://unityskinstudio.com) , located on the second floor of Prana, we’re opening our hearts and hands through a community Food Drive. You’ll find a donation box at The Prana House for non-perishable food items, which will be delivered to the West Chester Food Cupboard as the box fills. Beginning Wednesday, November 5th, we’ll also have a second box available for personal hygiene and baby product donations — open to anyone who feels called to contribute and ongoing until November 30th. Together, may we share the magick of generosity and care.
As we give back and nurture our wider community, we also honor the smaller, sacred circles that sustain us. The season’s theme of completion and renewal is beautifully reflected here at The Prana House as another year of Magick School Level One — which began last year — comes to its close this Monday with our students’ graduation ritual. In just a few short weeks, a new circle of seekers will gather as the next cohort begins. This upcoming year’s circle is now full, but if you missed your chance to join us, you can sign up for the waitlist opening this week to be first to know when registration opens again next year.
If you’re feeling called to community, inspiration, or just a little magick this season, take a peek at our November event calendar — it’s full of offerings to nourish your spirit, including our final Moonlit Night Market on Wednesday, November 19th.
Please note: The shop will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th and will reopen Friday, November 28th with normal hours. Beginning Saturday, November 29th, I'll be extending hours from 12pm–6pm every Saturday through January 3rd, to make your holiday visits and gift shopping a little more easeful. As always, check our social media stories to know of any hourly changes or closings especially during the weekdays with potential client appointments.
