Hello Beautiful Souls,
I hope that you are well in Body, Mind, and Soul...
As I write this newsletter, we are in the peak of the Full Moon in Libra, a celestial moment inviting us into balance, harmony, and deeper awareness within ourselves and our relationships. Libra reminds us of the delicate dance between giving and receiving, self and other, doing and being. Under this moonlight, we are gently asked to release what is out of alignment and return to the truth of our hearts… our soul.
This Full Moon arrives on the eve of our official moving day, marking the close of our chapter at 104 S High Street. The timing feels divinely guided, offering us a sacred opportunity to reflect on the cycles of completion and renewal that are always unfolding around and within us. These past few weeks have been nothing short of love, and I feel immense gratitude for this community and for the unwavering support of my family and friends.
Choosing to close our physical storefront was not easy, but it was necessary. In honoring this transition, I am choosing balance. I am trusting both the needs of my soul and the needs of my family. Just as Libra teaches, there is deep wisdom in creating space for what truly matters. I hope that you, too, are finding moments of clarity and alignment along your own journey.
The energy of this year is one of profound transformation and recalibration. It calls us to simplify, to root more deeply into authenticity, and to courageously release what no longer supports our growth. We are being guided to build from a place of truth, intention, and alignment—rather than obligation or expectation.
And so, as one chapter closes, another begins...
So many new adventures are on the horizon, and I am open to receiving all that is meant to unfold. I will continue to dream, envision, and co-create the future of Prana with devotion and trust. I am deeply grateful to each of you who has walked alongside me over the past 10 years and continues to support this ever-evolving journey.
I remain here in service and holding space for those navigating life’s transitions, seeking clarity, healing, or deeper connection.
I continue to offer one-on-one sessions, now in two locations in West Chester (26 S Church St. and 485 W Boot Rd.). When booking your appointment, please indicate which office location you would prefer. While we will collaborate in many new and different locations, 485 W Boot Rd. will be the new home for many of our upcoming classes and events, including PranaFest, scheduled for Saturday, July 11th—save the date!

The Prana House
