Free resource alert for grief 💔
Join us for a free grief webinar on April 14th at 4:00 pm ET, "When Grief Lives in the Body: Reconnecting Body, Heart, and Mind," presented by Jason Wendroff-Rawnicki. After loss, many people experience tension, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection from their bodies. Grief is not only something we think about, it is something we feel deeply in our bodies. This webinar explores how grief lives in the body and introduces a gentle, body-based approach to understanding and supporting the grieving process.
Participants will learn simple practices for noticing physical and emotional signals, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting the body, heart, and mind. Through guided awareness and practical tools, this workshop offers supportive ways to restore a sense of safety, balance, and self-compassion while honoring each person’s unique grief journey.
Jason Wendroff-Rawnicki is a Somatic Grief Therapist, Keynote Speaker, Best Selling Author, Certified Yoga Educator, and dōTERRA Essential Oil Gold Leader with an M.A. in Psychology. With a deep passion for facilitating transformation, Jason empowers individuals and families with simple, effective tools to naturally support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
A dedicated entrepreneur since 2000, Jason co-founded Shine Yoga Center in New Jersey and brings over two decades of experience living and teaching a holistic lifestyle. His integrative approach weaves together yoga, meditation, essential oils, conscious communication, and authentic relationship practices to guide others toward greater self-awareness, vitality, and joy.
Jason’s work is profoundly shaped by personal loss. In 1998, his sister Lauren died in a car accident—a life-altering event that led him to seek healing beyond traditional talk therapy. Through yoga, mindfulness, healthy living, and essential oils, Jason discovered a body-centered path to grief recovery.
Today, he travels nationally and internationally, leading workshops, retreats, and trainings on the somatic experience of grief. In his Somatic Grief Therapy, Jason emphasizes physiology first—believing that “the issues are in the tissues,” and that by shifting our physical state, we gain the energy and capacity to process emotional pain and restore hope.
