Recovery Starts Here 💙

Charlie came to Park Lane Post Acute after a fall that resulted in a right hip fracture and a displaced right ulna fracture. Following surgery, he required a mechanical lift for all transfers.

Through dedicated therapy and consistent rehabilitation, Charlie made excellent progress in strength, balance, and independence. By discharge, he was walking with just one person and his walker.

We’re proud to have supported his recovery and celebrate his success.
