Paving the way for a luxurious and comfortable rehab stay, Park Lane takes pride in providing a home-like setting for our residents. We are dedicated to making our patients feel right at home in our facility during their stay. Our goal is to return our patients to their highest level of independence as quickly and seamlessly as possible. We achieve this with our amazing team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and care staff. Our staff are highly trained professionals and dedicated to our patients well being and health. We strive to keep our patients engaged with activities arranged by our recreational therapy department.

At Park Lane Post Acute, we’re proud to have Dr. Desai leading our clinical team as Medical Director. A Delaware native and graduate of the University of Delaware and Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Desai is board-certified in Internal Medicine and completed his residency at Christiana Care. He brings a wealth of experience in geriatrics, as well as acute, post-acute, and long-term care.

Dr. Desai is deeply committed to a patient-centered approach that prioritizes compassion, dignity, and quality of life. We’re proud to have his continued leadership at Park Lane.
