Tomorrow, we continue to promote the local rising comedy scene here in Chester County with Ryan Roe in studio 8am.

We're collecting new or gently used Halloween costumes of all sizes for kids and adults! Help make this spooky season special by donating:

• Full costumes (of any theme or character)
• Masks (non-scary preferred for young kids)
• Crowns, tiaras, and headpieces
• Capes and cloaks
• Wigs, hats, and helmets
• Props (wands, sports gear, shields, etc.)
• Costume onesies or pajamas
• Animal ears, tails, and accessories
• Face paint kits (sealed)
• Halloween-themed clothing
• All sizes welcome, from toddler to adult! 👻

Cold Plunge 🥶 was down for a season. Just couldn't get the right set-up right for morning submersions.

I like to do it to start my day vs later in the day, but without an insulated tub, commercial ice machine, or super duper chiller, plunging was out. 😔

Found this which will keep water at more constant temperatures 🌡 This means minimal freezing in winter and keeping cooler temps when it's hotter 🔥 🥵

Johnston Canyon in Banff National Park didn't disappoint 👌

While being "busy" with people, it was a slower pace, and what we were looking for today 🙂

A modest 3.61mi 👣 in just under 2 hours with lots of beautiful views🏞

And... you just never know who you're going to run into on the trail 🥾+🐻+🤸‍♀️=🥰
