Hi, I'm Erika. I use acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to help heal the challenges people experience in their bodies. This medicine is deeply nurturing, and it works holistically with your body. I specialize in women's health, fertility, and motherhood, and I offer support for chronic pain and general wellness. My approach is really hands-on and personalized. This helps my clients leave feeling better, and like their body is finally working with them again.

Last week I had a powerful reminder of my purpose as an acupuncturist. During a snow day, my 3-year-old son and I were both climbing the walls. He was cranky and bursting with energy - a dangerous combo - while I felt overstimulated and intensely anxious. My first reaction? Panic.

But after some deep breaths, I remembered mamas everywhere experience this. I hugged my little one and gave myself some calming ear acupuncture (hello, instant nervous system reset!) while he ran wild in our basement. Game changer.

This is what drives me daily:

Let's get real for a moment-- this week has been tough. Watching California go up in flames has been more than my heart can handle. After some crying & doom scrolling, I sprung into action mode and thought, 'how can I be of service?'
