Interiority Wellness, LLC

in-te-ri-or-i-ty: [noun] the quality of being focused on one’s inner life and character.

Hello, I'm Janet Nash. I support people into making peace with their thoughts through trauma-informed psychotherapy, meditation, and yoga. By making peace with themselves, they are positioned to live their most authentic lives.

My shared vocations of psychotherapy and yoga therapy enable me to take a broad view of healing. As such, I am dedicated to fostering opportunities of holistic wellness by offering evidence-based psychotherapy, as well as yoga therapy as an adjunct or alternative therapy, for issues such as depression, trauma, women’s issues, body dissatisfaction, and anxiety. How the mind operates, and how it can be effectively managed is central to both cognitive behavioral therapies and the yoga tradition.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is a container, the energetic space between clients and their psychotherapist, where they can begin to feel balanced, centered and safe enough to encounter change.
