Facts and Myths about Hypnosis

Hypnosis is mind control: You are not under the hypnotist's control; they can only suggest ideas that you are willing to accept.
Hypnosis makes you unconscious: You remain fully conscious and aware of your surroundings during hypnosis.
Hypnosis is only for the weak-minded: Everyone is capable of experiencing hypnosis to some degree.

It can help with relaxation, stress reduction, pain management, and habit change.

Occasionally, I get trolled on social media for the claims I make regarding emotional health: That anxiety and depression are largely learned behavioral patterns. And that they are driven from the fear of being judged as not being good enough. ( I even got trolled by a local therapist).

But I stand by these claims. I have studied with the top people in my field and have been in practice since 2010. Over and over I have been able to replicate the results I get for my clients using NLP and Eriksonian hypnosis. ( over 80 five star Google reviews don’t lie).

But people by and large do not want to challenge the existing paradigm. Many still believe the Earth is flat!!
I honestly believe that if people truly knew what I was doing, and the results I am getting, it would take months to get into see me.

The most common driver of anxiety is........wait for it.....the belief that you are not enough. I've heard dozens of different iterations on this in my 15 years of helping people to overcome it......not good enough, fear of judgement, not worthy, etc, etc. If you want to find a way to sustain inner peace, you have to let it go. Stop believing that everyone else is better than you. It's a story you made up very early in life.

r teenagers anxiety was getting worse AND worse until she learned this simple fix

“Olivia is in eleventh grade.

Her anxiety became an issue in middle school: mostly around her trying to fit in.

It seemed like she worried about the littlest things and would blow them out of proportion.

It got worse when she entered high school. Procrastinating became her “norm”. Of course that only made things worse.

She’d spend way too much time on her phone and her parents felt like they had to micro-manage her every day.

And they hated everything about it. Watching her meltdown was heartbreaking.

When they finally figured out that the school was not going to help and knew they had to find another way.

Too many people live in fear of judgement, afraid of what others may think of them. This often prevents them from speaking their minds, which in turn can keep them from being promoted. Public Service announcement:I just got a call from 610-679-9192 claiming to be from the Chester county sheriffs office claiming I was supposed to be sworn in on a "legal matter" stating specific dates and then proceeded to talk over me in a very dominating type voice. I told him to "EF Off" and hung up. It's a scam and the sherriffs office is aware of it.

Just got a call from a mechanic friend of mine. A woman at his shop was having a meltdown while her car was being serviced. He asked me to speak to her.

She explained that her daughter had been cutting. It had been going on for a while and she had been unaware. However, the most recent incident required medical intervention. This "MOM" was scared and felt helpless after requesting help from traditional sources and finding none.

I told her I had encountered this many times in my practice.

Within 30 minutes, I explained exactly what was going on with her daughter and why. I also explained how we were going to fix it. I also told her it would probably only take 6 sessions and that I GUARANTEED to resolve this for her daughter.

Giving hope to the hopeless is what I do. It was done for me in 2009. Now I'm on a mission to pay it forward.
