I was one of six presenters at a Delco Chamber event yesterday. I've done my share of public speaking, so I welcomed the opportunity. In the middle of my presentation, I completely blanked. COMPLETELY.

I knew the instant it happened that it was an opportunity. An opportunity to be the example of what I teach in my Life Mastery Program. What I teach is this: You are enough. Just as you are. Right now. You have always been enough and you are worthy of love.

So here I was, doing what most people dread, public speaking and to top it off, I was experiencing why most people dread it- "What if I screw up in front of everyone?"

And I did. And....I was perfectly okay with it.

I recovered fairly quickly and afterwards, did not beat myself up once for it.
