This patient is now 6 months into her healing journey following an open rhinoplasty. At this stage, most of the swelling has resolved, allowing the definition, refinement, and balance of her nose to become more apparent.

The open approach provides direct access to the nasal framework, enabling precise structural adjustments for tip refinement, correction of asymmetry, and long-term stability. While results are already visible at 6 months, subtle changes will continue as the tissues mature over the first year.

This 72-year-old patient underwent a comprehensive facial rejuvenation to address signs of aging while maintaining a natural appearance. Her surgical plan included a bilateral pretrichial brow lift to elevate the lateral brow and soften periorbital heaviness, along with a facelift using oblique SMAS plication to reposition and support deeper facial structures, improving midface volume and definition.
