Hello all. As many of you know and some may not. Daniela our PA has had to leave the practice to move with her husband to Ft. Benning in Columbus Ga. He has been stationed there for 3 years and it would be impossible to commute. We are all going to miss her. Don't worry though, we aren't going anywhere and will be here for all your medical needs.

Meet Daniela Murphy, physician assistant and the co-owner of Plante Internal Medicine LLC! Daniela attended undergrad at Florida State University before attending the PA program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduation, she began her medical career working with none other than Dr. Plante. She truly enjoys working with and learning from Dr. Plante and even describes him as her mentor. When asked about her decision to become a PA, Daniela explained that she has always enjoyed medicine and how the human body works. With a background in psychology, she wanted to deal more with the human body as a whole. Daniela has a genuine care for her patients and truly enjoys being able to help them. In fact, she says one of her favorite parts of working at Plante Internal Medicine LLC is getting to know and help her patients. When asked about what makes Plante Internal Medicine LLC so special, she said, “We genuinely care about our patients and treat them like family.”
A fun fact about Daniela is that she is bilingual! Her family is Hispanic, and Spanish was her first language growing up. She often says that she would love to see more Spanish speaking patients visit their office. So, if Spanish is your preferred language, worry no more about language barriers at your doctor visits.
