It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Charles S. Hardy, Jr. (Charles) passed away on October 25, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Donna Bledsoe Hardy, sons Charles S. (Syg) Hardy lll (Kelly), Jonathan (Jon) S. Hardy(Shannon). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Amy N. Hardy.

Charles was born in Charleston, SC and later in life moved to Columbia, SC. His service will take place on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 11:00am at Southland Memorial Gardens (700 West Dunbar Rd. West Columbia, SC 29170). The service will be held in the Chapel of Hope with a graveside service following with full military honors. He will be buried next to his daughter, Amy. Service is open to the public.
