Veterans Day may have passed, but our appreciation certainly hasn't.

These team members, along with many others across our hospital, have served our country with honor, and now continue that service through the care they provide here at Three Rivers Behavioral Health. Their strength, integrity, and commitment make a profound difference every day.

To all our veterans: thank you for serving our nation and for continuing to serve our community.

🌼 The DAISY Award Is Coming to Three Rivers Behavioral Health! 🌼

We’re so excited to share that our nurses will soon be honored through The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses, a nationally recognized program celebrating the compassion, skill, and heart that nurses bring to patients and families every single day.

Created in memory of J. Patrick Barnes, The DAISY Foundation was founded as a way to thank nurses for the extraordinary difference they make. Today, DAISY programs run worldwide, shining a spotlight on the everyday heroes whose care changes lives.

💛 Who can nominate?
Patients and families are all invited to nominate a nurse whose kindness, expertise, and dedication made a meaningful impact.
To nominate you can use this link: http://www.daisynomination.org/5691 or stop by our facility and complete a form!

Our Chief Nursing Officer Trevor Mitchell shared, “We are proud to bring the DAISY Award to Three Rivers. Our nurses go above and beyond every single day, and this is one more way to recognize the remarkable impact they have on our patients and community.”

We can’t wait to honor the nurses who make Three Rivers such a special place! 🌼

We are having a fun-filled Halloween at Three Rivers today!

It can be difficult for patients in the hospital to be away from home on holidays, especially Halloween for our younger patients! Our amazing Activity Therapy department has put together a fall festival and are dressed as characters from the Wizard of Oz! We will also have trick or treating and candy for all patients and staff and entertainment from a special pig and unicorn!

Have a happy and safe Halloween!

Today, we pause to recognize the brave individuals who run toward emergencies when others may run away, our first responders. Whether on the front lines of law enforcement, fire service, EMS or emergency dispatch, your courage and selflessness save lives every day.

We also recognize the unseen weight of the job, the trauma, long hours and emotional toll that can come with serving others. At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, we’re proud to offer a specialized trauma-focused outpatient program designed exclusively for first responders, military members and veterans. This program offers a safe and understanding space for individuals to process their experiences, build resilience, and find healing among peers who genuinely understand.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this program, we’re here to help. Contact us today for a free, confidential assessment to learn more and see if it’s the right fit for you. Visit threeriversbehavioral.org
