It’s a bittersweet week at the Sigurd Center as two of our student therapists finish up their clinical rotations with us! Maddi, an OT student from LMU, and Christain, a PT student from Saint Augustine University, have done a wonderful job over the past few months with us. Last month, we had the privilege of partnering with to host an expo day at our clinic. It was so exciting to have a front row seat to the amazing cutting-edge technology that is helping patients with spinal cord injuries be able to walk again. This week, one of our own patients was able to use the Personal Exoskeleton to walk! We are so proud of all the hard work she has been doing with Amber to get to this point!
