Thank you all for the prayers and healing energy being sent. I am blessed by all of the love you are showing. ❤️

I met with the oncologist yesterday and feel like we have a real plan of action. I will begin my treatments next week likely after she runs a few more tests and a PET Scan.

She's also concerned about my spine, so there will be conversations with the Neurosurgeon in regards to possibly going ahead with the spinal fusion too. So keep those prayers going for me.

As everyone may know, Dawn has had a long couple of years with health issues. She had 2 major knee surgeries last year following several falls and over the past few months, she has had tremendous back pain. She was diagnosed this week with a T2 spinal fracture, along with Multiple Myeloma, a cancer....

In case you haven't heard, there's a raffle that has been set up in my name to help me with the accumulating medical and living expenses that are really hard to handle when you cannot work due to injuries, surgeries, blood clots, etc...

We all talk about having relationships with other people and nature, but seldom do we don't realize the importance of having a relationship with ourselves.

As I sit here day after day, trying to stay positive (because positive thinking is powerful and that's what I teach)...It occurred to me that I have this vastness in my days to either be distraught about my situation or rise above it and know....that this too shall pass. I am very aware of my challenges and limitations right now, but I don't want to dwell on this as that is a negative thought pattern. Some people have said, "You are so strong"....some days, I feel like that wave, but today I am an ocean! 🙌🩵🙌

Thank you to the friends, family, clients and "friends" I've never met....who have stepped up to help me/us in more ways than I have thought possible through their own personal stories, words of encouragement, donations, food drop offs for both us and our fur babies, and even our shares of the GoFundMe. Each of you are blessings in my life and have touch my heart more than you know.💞
