I LOVE our Pines at Columbia family!!! Ms. Rachel bundled up and went outside to enjoy the snow!

BEFORE the snow started falling, something even more powerful rose inside our community… our Team. ❄️❤️

While most were being urged to stay off the roads and remain safely at home, our incredible team leaned in.

They picked up extra shifts without hesitation.

They packed overnight bags in case they can't make it back home, and volunteered to spend the night.

Because here’s the truth about senior living:

🔸️It is not powered by buildings.
🔸️It is not sustained by schedules.

It runs on the hearts of extraordinary humans who believe caring for others is a calling, not just a job.

To every employee who braved the weather, rearranged family plans, slept in unfamiliar spaces, and continued to deliver the comfort, safety, and dignity our residents deserve…

Thank you feels too small... but it comes with enormous gratitude ❤️❤️

You remind us all what dedication looks like!

We are so grateful for community partners, like Three Oaks. The Pines at Columbia is a vibrant, warm, and active community because every day we have reasons to thrive ❤️

And frankly, our residents social calendars can often be busier than ours! 🤣
