Reiki aids relaxation, assists the body's natural healing processes, and develops emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing.

People who receive Reiki describe it as "intensely relaxing."

The mind, body, and spiritual healing effects of reiki are mediated by the practitioner channeling Ki (energy) to the client by means of touch or holding of the hands slightly above the client’s body.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki training classes will be offered on a limited basis throughout the year.

Meditation classes offer effective tools to calm your mind and deeply connect with yourself, your body, and your breath. Meditation classes are for beginners to advanced practitioners. Most classes are guided meditations to keep you focused on relaxation.

Clinical research over the past decades has now proven that meditation is not only a spiritual practice but a powerful healing tool that with regular practice can significantly improve our body, mind and spirit health and connection.
