Dr. Kern received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Temple University and her medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her surgical residency at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
