Massage Treatment — What’s the Difference?
Each technique has its own purpose, and most of my sessions combine several modalities to meet your needs:
Deep Tissue – Targets deeper muscle layers to relieve chronic tension and improve mobility.
Swedish – Gentle, flowing strokes that promote relaxation, improve circulation, and reduce stress.
Cupping – Uses suction to increase blood flow, release fascia, and support recovery.
IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) – Helps break down scar tissue, improve mobility, and reduce pain using specialized tools.
Trigger Point Therapy – Releases tight “knots” that can cause referred pain and restrict movement.
💬 Why my pricing is simple
I don’t believe in charging extra for using the right tools or knowledge to help you reach your goals. Your session is tailored to you, often blending multiple techniques at no added cost.
