We are two psychedelic-assisted therapist, holding space for women to heal, expand, and transform. Being invited into these journeys is something we never take lightly – it’s an honor to be trusted in such vulnerable, powerful moments, and while the medicine supports profound change in the women we work with, it changes us too. Every circle, every story, every breakthrough… We’re transformed along side them.

If the story you are standing in asks you to shrink, scares you, and requires you to tolerate what your body has already rejected, it is time to consider leaving.

You may call it loyalty, patience, or giving it one more chance.
But your nervous system knows the difference between challenge and misalignment.

You are allowed to exit the narrative that requires you to disappear in order to belong. If you ever find yourself in the wrong story, leave. Please leave.

And hear me clearly.

This is not trite advice. Leaving is not easy. In an abusive situation, it can be the most dangerous time of all. It requires planning, support, strategy, and timing.

Leaving does not always mean dramatic escape. It can mean gathering evidence.
Saving money.
Building allies.
Waiting for the right door to open.

If you are in something unsafe, move wisely. Move supported. Move protected.

You are not required to stay in a story that harms you.
