We are a state-of-the-art Urgent Care facility in the Nogales Medical Plaza on the corner of Valley Many of our physicians and staff speak Chinese and Spanish.

Urgent Care Centers serve as an alternative for busy & overcrowded Emergency rooms. When your doctor’s office is booked or unavailable we are here for you. You will receive the highest quality care in a timely manner. SmartClinic Urgent Care, offers quick medical attention 7 days a week. We treat patients of all ages and provide a wide range of services, including xrays, wound repair, and minor procedures. After being seen, you will be referred to follow up with your own Primary Care Doctor. In addition to urgent care services, SmartClinic also cares for worker’s compensation injuries, pre-placement services, DOT exams, and other occupational medicine services. Why wait in the ER when you know you have an urgent but non-life-threatening problem?
