If you’ve done your research & proper mental preparation YOU MUST KNOW it does NOT happen overnight.
You do NOT come out of surgery with immediate results.

First thing first: STOP ASKING HOW LONG?
How the fk could anyone possibly give YOU a set amount days or a specific date 🗓️ for anything!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ and it’s BS if they do!!!

Your swelling will subside when it does.
Your bruising will subside when it does.
Your breast implants will settle when they do.
Your tummy tuck incision will heal when it does.
Your BBL will settle when it does.
There’s absolutely NO FKN way to predict that, HOWEVER, there are measures you can take to aid in your recovery!!!!
-Preparation: that doesn’t just include items you’ll need after surgery, it includes and is absolutely crucial for your recovery to PREPARE YOUR BODY!!!
Stop drinking alcohol 🍷 at least 2 weeks prior! That doesn’t mean plan your surgery in Tj, show up 2 days before and have a few drinks 🤬🤦🏻‍♀️
-Stop SMOKING 🚬 if not for the obvious reasons of it killing you slowly, just do yourself & your surgeon a huge favor DON’T SMOKE 🚭 🚭🚭
-Take your vitamins & Supplements
-Bonus points for a PreSurgery VitaminDrip 🙌🏽💫
- Eat clean, proper nutrition before & after surgery helps your body to be strong & healthy for surgery.

Finally follow your PostOp care instructions and please financially prepare and pre schedule your POST OP CARE LYMPHATIC MASSAGES!!!

This TikTok is accurate and I’m sure your surgeons office is annoyed and won’t say it but I will, CALM DOWN, BE PATIENT, RELAX (all that over obsessive stress isn’t helping), REST, Take your meds & vitamins, get your massage and TRUST THE PROCESS.
Results don’t happen overnight.

Healing & final results take 3-6 months, so stop calling your surgeons office 🤣
