Our mission is to help older adults and their families to live a good quality of life with dignity. Dr. Min Cole, Ph.D. in Applied Gerontology.

"I wanted to let all of you know that I am now directly helping family caregivers and older adults with long-term care planning, finding the right care settings, and financial planning. While I have spent most of my 30+ year professional career as an operator in long-term care facilities, and I still teach Gerontology and Long-term Care Administration at the university, I am most passionate about

helping families deal with the challenges of caregiving. I made this decision to “switch” careers following the passing of my own mom after many years as her primary informal caregiver. Even as a professional Administrator, nothing prepared me for the physical, mental, spiritual, and financial challenges of caring for a loved one. I am now dedicated to helping other caregivers cope with the same challenges I have gone through. I am doing this personally, and through my non-for-profit Quality of Life Group for those who need extra help."

In 2009, I founded Quality of Life Group. Our mission is to help older adults and their families to live better quality of life with dignity. I want to say thank you to our students interns for volunteering your time and the great job you do for our organization and community. Please support us for the wonderful job we do for our community and support our students achieving their dreams in the amazing careers in healthcare and aging services.
