It’s that time of year again! Now is the perfect time to get your children flu vaccinated. We will hold flu clinics at all three offices. At our Albany office we will have flu clinics available on the weekends from 8 to 11. Our Clifton Park office will have a flu clinic on 9/25 and 10/2 from 5:30 to 6:45. Our Coxsackie office will have a flu clinic on 9/29 from 9:30-4:00. Please give the office a call to schedule! 💉💉💉

Fall is right around the corner and unfortunately that means so is the sick season. Did you know you can schedule your children a sick visit online now? There is no need to go to urgent care and wait for hours to be seen. You also don’t need to call our office and leave a message for a nurse and wait for a call back just to schedule an appointment. As long as you are signed up for the patient portal, you can schedule a sick visit online. You get to choose the time and provider that you want. It's quick and easy!
You can also schedule your child's physical online as well.
Once you schedule the appointment, you will receive an initial confirmation that the appointment was made. The office staff will review the appointment and if for some reason there is an issue with it, you will receive a phone call and a denial email stating the appointment is canceled.

Our Online scheduling system is now available for medical appointments. It will soon be set up for behavioral health appointments as well. You can access this on the portal under request appointments. Once you select an appointment time, you will receive an email confirmation of the time you selected. The office then receives notice that an appointment has been scheduled, and if it is not a good fit for the provider's schedule due to the nature of the appointment, you will receive another email denying the appointment and asking you to call the office to schedule.
If you are scheduling your child's well visit, please schedule on the hour and half hour (ei 11:00 and 11:30)
If you are scheduling a sick visit please put in what symptoms your child needs to be seen for.

Attention Coxsackie Schoolhouse families! Please find street parking for anyone visiting the Coxsackie office this week . There is a fallen tree in the parking lot and we are working on cleaning it up. Please still use the main enterence upon arrival . Thank you for your cooperation.

We have started to use a new electronic health record Advanced MD. Please be patient with us as we make this transition. There is a new patient portal which will make contacting us even easier. Due to the expected Ice and freezing rain for tomorrow morning, we have decided to close the office , Sunday, February 16th. We will have a provider on call for urgent medical matters only. Please do not call for prescriptions or appointments. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, February 17th. We apologize once again for this inconvenience. We hope you can stay safely at home. Or if you already jetted off to Florida, don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen! 😎
