Join us for an evening devoted to connection, presence, and the quiet language of the heart.
This gentle, nurturing experience weaves together breathwork, Reiki, meditation, and sound to support relaxation, openness, and a deeper sense of inner connection. You’ll be invited to slow down, soften the body, and listen inward with curiosity and compassion.
❣️Breathwork for Softening & Presence
You’ll be guided through heart-centered Clarity breathwork and meditation designed to encourage ease, clarity, and embodied awareness. Reiki and 1:1 support is offered throughout the breathwork, supporting the body’s natural rhythm of opening and receiving with gentleness and intention.
❣️Sound Bath for Integration & Harmony
Crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, drums, chakra bowls, water drum, panda drum, chimes, and subtle sound textures surround you in soothing vibration. The sound gently supports integration, allowing breath, energy, and awareness to settle into a spacious sense of connection and coherence.
This offering is open to all ~ come solo, with a friend, or with a partner. Please wear comfy layers, bring a blanket and any other comfort items. Essential oils and eye masks will be offered.
