We are so excited about this monthly immersive offering✨✨✨
The Living Practice⚡️A Monthly Yoga Philosophy Workshop
An embodied exploration of yoga philosophy through movement, reflection, and
community. Bite-sized teachings from the yogic tradition, woven into practice, reflection, and real life. The Living Practice is a monthly workshop designed to bring yoga philosophy into real, lived experience. Each session weaves together nervous system regulation, contemplative practice, and accessible teachings from the yogic tradition offered in a way that is grounded and relevant.
Together, we’ll explore meaningful themes such as emotional processing, habit patterns (saṁskāras), compassion, motivation, and key philosophical ideas from texts like the Yoga Sūtras and Śiva Sūtras all through the lens of embodied practice.
These workshops are intentionally designed as bite-sized explorations of big ideas, offering both depth and accessibility, whether you are newer to yoga or a long-time practitioner.
Each session includes:
● Gentle practices to help regulate the nervous system
● A philosophical teaching
● Bhāvanā (creative contemplation) through guided meditation or journaling
● An integrated āsana practice
● Savasana and closing reflection
Space is also made for connection, with optional sharing and discussion.
All teachings are shared with respect to their roots, with sources acknowledged and additionalresources offered for those who wish to explore more deeply.
Open to all. No prior experience needed.
● Guided meditation + journaling
