❄️ Snow Shoveling Without the Sore Back ❄️
Snow is beautiful… but shoveling it the wrong way can leave your body paying the price.
Your body is designed to move efficiently, not to twist, hunch, and lift heavy loads over and over. A few small changes can protect your back, shoulders, and knees:
❄️ Warm up first (even 2-3 minutes of movement helps)
❄️ Keep the shovel close to your body
❄️ Lift with your legs, not your back
❄️ Avoid twisting. Step your feet instead
❄️ Take frequent breaks and switch sides
